How do you feel about the election results?

An invitation into creation...

Good morning,

The collective has been tight and frenetic for sometime. There’s been agitation around every corner. No matter what “side” you’ve been on or how sucked into it all you’ve been, you’ve felt it.

I am feeling so much more space today, collectively.

An abundance of potential.

….As there always is….

On a collective level this feels like a big opportunity to keep turning inwards, turning towards you, turning towards the things you Know in your Soul.

There are big actions and minuscule actions; but the energy behind them is what matters most.

This is not a time for more division. This is a time for unity.

There is no us vs them. That is an illusion.

There are places we disagree. There are things we don’t see eye to eye on. Evil does exist in our current reality.

But there need not be fear. There need not be hopelessness. And if you are feeling that, then, please, lean in to it.

It is only on the other side of despair that we find what organically lifts us back up.

No matter if you’re feeling angered and depressed or bolstered and excited by the news of election; there is an opportunity here to put your energy towards the thing that you would like to create.

In big ways and tiny ways.

Tiny ways are actually my favorite.

Leave a room more joyful than you found it.

Hold the door for someone. Receive fully the door being held for you.

Give a genuine compliment. Receive a compliment given to you, all the way into your body.

Take time to hold your body and let what needs to arise, arise. Cry and/or laugh deeply with the ones you love.

Let yourself rest without any shame.

Light a candle and pray for the more beautiful world your heart knows is possible.

Feel your grief, let it break you open.

Feel your joy, let it break you open.

Let your full range of humanity be felt and appreciated.

Let humanity be the light that it is.

We are so much more capable of the creation of our reality than we give ourselves credit for.

These tiny, minuscule actions towards conscious creation are the way we invest our creative life force into the world we would like to see.
