Thank you Clara. I saw some days ago in instagram you shared about 5 minute pause practices of doing -nothing-, and I've been integrating them in my days and it feels so, so good. Really that time to stop and receive my surrounding, integrating in between the movement and the action. I love how this small practices are really part of building a bigger awareness and presence of moments of stillness. Thanks <3
